Saint George Church is a Greek Orthodox parish in the Rmeil quarter of Achrafieh, near Saint George Hospital. Dedicated to Saint George, venerated across nearly every Christian tradition as a soldier-martyr and dragon-slayer. Though modest in size, the church is known for its traditional red-tiled roof, gold-accented mosaics above the entrance, and a recently renovated, colorful interior.
