St. George Church is a Greek Orthodox church in Bsalim, Metn District, sometimes referred to locally as Saint George Cathedral. Dedicated to Saint George, celebrated each April 23rd, it serves alongside a Maronite and a Latin Catholic church as one of Bsalim's three main places of worship in this almost entirely Christian town. Bsalim sits in the coastal hills near Antelias and Jal el Dib, part of the Metn's dense mixed-Christian corridor.
