Deir Saydet el Natour, the Monastery of Our Lady the Watchtower, is a Greek Orthodox monastery in Hraiche, on the Anfeh peninsula in Koura District. Most likely founded by Cistercian monks in the 12th century and later taken over by the local Greek Orthodox community, it is dedicated to the Virgin Mary in her role as watchful guardian over the coast. On the UNESCO Tentative List, the site sits amid Anfeh's rocky shoreline and salt pans. The monastery continues to welcome pilgrims and visitors drawn to its historic architecture and striking coastal setting.
